Forgot Password Allows Proceeding with Unregistered Email Address

The request should not proceed if the email address is not registered in the system.

step to reproduce:

  1. Log in screen

  2. Forgot Password

  3. Input invalid email (xzcasdasfdfdfgfgd)

  4. If an account exist for that email, a reset link has been sent.

Actual Output:

The Forgot Password request proceeds even when the entered email address is not registered in the system.

Expected Output:

The Forgot Password request should not proceed if the entered email address is not registered in the system. The system should display an appropriate error message indicating that the email address is not registered.
